Seriously, it's so obvious that OSU would get blown out if they made it to the National Championship. Oregon or LSU would demolish them. Thanks to Illinois, we can have a REAL national championship game.
Who else wants to send Illinois flowers or maybe a medal?
I want to. Like you said, they would've been destroyed in the NC title game, so really, OSU fans should be thanking Illini.
They don't have to face another 41-14..
